Its that time of year again....The Annual Bolton 4th of July Parade. The golf carts were shined up, the bikes given a good bath and everyone brought out all the red, white and blue. This is no ordinary Parade. You bring whatever you want and the only requirement is it has to be decorated in red white and blue. The parade route is short, just around the block...but that is okay...we have fun. Then we eat.
I was unable to attend because I made a quick trip with my friend Amanda to NOLA to visit Kalee. Kalee is due any day now with her second child, Olivia. We went packing a weeks work or frozen food, gifts and ready to visit. We ate at a wonderful restuarant and then picke dup beignets and headed back to the house to chill and relax.
It was a short trip, but glad we got to see Kalee before Miss Olivia arrives.
Got a busy week coming up. Amelia goes back to the ENT to see what we are going to do about those pesky tonsils. We have swimming lessons, and the Thursday Mollie, Me, Mary Beth and her little sister head out to Chicago to the DMB Caravan for a three day music fest and some site seeing....can you say excited!!!
