Maybe there is hope for Amelia if her Jeremy starts early.

Weekend Visit
***I will start by saying I left my camera at home so I have zero pictures ***
We made the first of four trips to Mississippi this past weekend. We started out on Friday going to Hattiesburg for my yearly head check....it's still there!!! After leaving Hattiesburg, we made the stop in Raleigh to visit the great grandparents and Granny D. We got a little more than we bargained for in Raleigh. We encountered ALL of the Sullivan women leaving from lunch....need I say more!!! Just kidding, it was great seeing everyone and really glad we ran into ya'll!
Saturday, Amelia had a busy day. After she slept late, she made a trip with the boys. They loaded up and headed to Gaddis & McLauren to get a few odds and ends. On the way back they stopped at Dr. Milton's (the vet) and he weighed her on his scales. According to the scales, she is topping in at 14.5 lbs....she is fluffing up nicely.
After her trip to town, Mary Beth came out and hung around and we watched some football!!! We then went to see The Halford's, Josh, Emily and there new little man, Ethan. It was so hard to imagine that Amelia was that little. Ethan was so quiet and he slept the entire time. Amelia on the other hand did not.
Saturday night Amelia made her first trip to eat at Crechales. She did excellent. Mom and Dad only inhaled half their dinner.
Sunday morning, we had a little scare....Nina had to go to the hospital not feeling well, but she is doing much better now!!! That afternoon, Jeremy and I went to Germanfest in Glusckstat to here a man from his work play...quite the event. Amelia hung out with Woo and Pops.
We made it back to Bham late last night. Amelia and I slept in this morning. Dad was the trooper and got up and went to work.
We had a whirlwind of a weekend and had a blast.
On a sad note. My Parents had to put Dubba to sleep today. She had gotten old and was not able to get up and walk around and you could tell she was in pain. We have had Dubba since I was in the ninth grade, she was 13 years old. She was a good dog and will be missed.

Roly Poly
Mark it down....Shout it from the roof tops....Amelia moved from the Assisted roll category to the rolling all on her own. She can now roll from her back to her stomack and back over. She also is encouraging Mom to do her crunches. When we play on her quilt in the afternoon we do our crunches together....she is still getting more in the than me. Guess I need to pick up the pace!!!

I know I am seem to be updating not as often, but we are busy, busy, busy around here!!! Amelia has found her feet and her voice and new sounds. She smiles and giggles all the time and loves for anyone to talk to her.

Hotel Hand
This past weekend we made the track to Auburn to watch the Mississippe State and Auburn play...or should I say, Auburn play. We had a wonderful time. The Hands we gracious to put us up and Hotel Hand for the night. I think they stopped counting after 10 people so we are not sure of the final body count. We did however have a great time and can't wait to go back and
visit them. Here are a few pics from the game.....
Jeremy and I tailgaiting before the game
Amelia stayed with Ginny. They enjoyed the game from the comfort of Hotel Hand!!! Thanks Ginny and John for letting us stay !!!
Just a recent picture from hanging out in her room. She is wanting to sit up so bad. She will pull herself up, then fall forward.
Making the most out of her stuffed animals. Using the Pink Jelly Cat as a pillow and lovin' on the Rabbit. She also loves her quilt. She rarely wants toys, instead likes to look at all the bright colors on the quilt.

Amelia and Jelly Cat
Amelia loves in hanging out on the quilt her room. Today she and "Jelly Cat" had a great time discussing all the world issues. In the meantime she was practicing rolling from her back to her stomach. She almost has it.

Lil' Buc
Movin and Shakin....
What a busy weekend. We made the trip to Bolton to visit everyone for the Labor Day weekend. Before we left on Friday we decided that it was time to break out the bow. Poor child, it was nearly as big as her head. It went with her Auburn onesie she wore to school on Friday. I think the bow lasted maybe 20 minutes....I really don't blame her.
Saturday was a busy day. We watched football game after football game and took a short break go swimming. Amelia loved the pool. It was a giant bath tub as far as she was concerned.
She kicked...
Here we were playing with all her hair. It has really started to thicken lately. She never lost the mullet from birth and her mohawk is still there....bless her heart.
We also spent some time at Nina's. She took a nap on a pallet and watched some football on the HUGE TV. She and Nina enjoyed a mid-afternoon bottle on the patio after her nap!
Sunday afternoon Amelia and Mollie watched the Ole Miss game. Mollie put Amelia's Ole Miss cheer outfit on so she would have someone to cheer with her. Sad when you have to get a three month old to help you cheer for your team!!!
Sunday night we all got together at Mom's house. Amelia helped Nina peel the carrots for the salad.
Robert also had a second go around at holding Amelia. He did much better this time. She did not scream at all. Way to go Robert!
Finally, Amelia has discovered she has a voice. A high pitch squeal and she loves to do this pretty much the entire time she is awake. It is the cutest thing!!!
