32 Weeks...

And right on track. I went to the "baby doctor" as we have affectionatly started calling it. Everything was moving along just as it was supposed to. However, the nurse made a comment that I thought was not very funny. The running joke the entire time is that there are twins in there and one is hiding. When she listend to heartbeat (155 bpm) she said "wow its sounds like there are two in there with that heartbeat!" I quickly told her that was not funny!!!

I am measuring right on target and seem to be growing by the day. My precious student, the one who is concerned about my walking, ask me why my belly had gotten bigger. I explained that the baby had to grow and get bigger so my belly would get bigger. I also explained that my belly would be getting bigger in the upcoming weeks. She looked at it and agreed that it was okay, then said....It will go back right??? She keeps me laughing.

Jeremy and I start our parenting classes tomorrow night. Again, be thinking of us, more or less him. I am not sure he know what he is in for!

We traveled to Dallas this past weekend for the wedding of Luke and Maggie, friends from Dallas. I however, leave the photography up to those far more talented than me. I think this picture sums up how Jeremy feels about wearing a suit and posing for pictures. Thanks Amanda for taking the picture. I love it!!!

Also, if you would like to see some really GREAT shots from the wedding you can check out her blog, just follow the Amanda's Photo Blog link to the side. She's really talented.

28 and 31

Today is my 28th Birthday. Why is this significant. I have decided that this is a good age to quit counting! My wonderful para's and student's surprised me first thing this morning with a cheesecake, Cinnamon rolls, cupcakes and chips for a birthday party. What more could a pregnant woman want for breakfast!!! Good thing I past my glucose screening last week. We sang Happy Birthday and had cake at 8:45 this morning!! What a great way to start the day.
Here is a the delicious Turtle Cheesecake we had. By 3:oo there was nothing but the paper left!

My para's got me a beautiful bouquet of Daisy's, Reese's peanut butter cups (my favorite) and and quaker rice cakes....I liked these before I was preggers!

Let's just say that the prego is happy!!!

So the next number we tackled today was 31 weeks!!! Only nine more to go!!! Here are the most recent belly shots....the belly is the large round thing among the smaller polka dots. I am feeling great and we are getting excited.

Follow up to Super Hutt.....

This one is for all you in Bolton....my husband, this kind generous man he is, wanted no super hero left out, so when we were flying through Bolton last week he decided to mow several yards. He tackled my parents and Bobby and Janet's. This is of course where his trusty sidekick Mal resides. He felt obligated to leave her a super hero sign in the front yard. So if you drive real slow and look up the hill, you will see a large "M" in yard. It is best viewed in the afternoon when the flowers are in full bloom.

Baby Update

I wanted to post a few more pictures from the 4D ultra sound. We have quite a few so I only chose these two.
Here is a very flexible child. Baby Hutchinson is covering his/her face with its feet and hands. You can see the leg and toe and next to it is the its arm.

This is one of the better shots we got of the face. It is slightly grainy and sorta jello like on the picutre, but it gives you an idea. For all the Mellon's reading.....umm I think the nose looks familiar! We laughed at my first ultra sounds and were able to pick out the nose then! We are still not finding out what we are having and the baby didn't turn to give us a peak.
On Tuesday I went for my regular check up and glucose screening. Everything was moving right along. I am still measuring right where I am supposed to be. However, my iron had dropped and the doctor's did put me on iron. The heartbeat was back up this week, 156 to be exact. We are still planning on June 1st.
We start our parenting classes on April 1st, that should be an interesting few weeks. Yes, Jeremy goes with me so keep me in your thoughts!!!!

Grounded!!!

If you look close you can see exactly what our child is doing...SHOOTING THE BIRD! We had our 4-D ultrasound today and it was well worth the money. I learned that we have a long interesting road ahead. I think this picutre sums it up. Currently the baby is breech with a its feet kicked over its head, and mightly long legs (which it didn't get from me!) We have a ton of pics from today and a DVD. However, the baby was not very cooperative, the nurse has to poke and shake my tummy to get the baby to move and uncover its face. Apparently it was not happy about that. We were all excited about it rotating and this is what we got. ATTITUDE! I have many great shots that I will post, I just have to get them downloaded. I just thought this was quite ironic following the Super Hutt posting....I think my hands will be full for quite some time!

I Did Marry a Super Hero!!!

What a fun weekend. Family, friends, and a wedding makes for a good time. I also learned my husband was really a super hero. All it took was some liquid courage, peer pressure and a few wax strips. Yep, that is what you think it is on his chest.
