My Christmas Vacation!!!

I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone and coming back home is always fun. It's a time for kicking back, relaxing and just hanging out. We truly enjoy spending time together and just doing nothing or coming up with something off the wall to entertain ourselves while we are here.

I have many interesting stories and picutres and will update soon. Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy and Safe New Year!

Life is Grand!!!

Life is Grand!!! Walked in the bathroom and this is what I found, a very large cat in a large sink. He posed for several pictures, but this was his best angle.

No Respect...

Or at least my chair! I walk in the living and find my two boys just chillin hanging out watching their favorite show. Now, one would thing that a cat would get up out of the chair and let you sit down, but NO. I continued to get this look of...you talking to me....you want this chair!

As you can see we live a boring life, not much goes on around here. I just wanted to share how well respected I am in my own house. Here a a few pictures of the boys relaxing and watching TV.

Moving out of the Cave!!!

If I have talked to anyof you in the past month I am sure I have mentioned "the floors". It started out as a small project that would take maybe a week or two....nope the entire month of November. It involved moving all the furniture out of the living room, dining room and kitchen and putting it in the two spare bedrooms. We started by, and when I say we, the men we paid, ripping up all existing floors

All of this was done while Jeremy and I moved into our bedroom.....we also decided on a new dishwasher, so that put the kitchen out of commission...who is going to cook when they have to wash dishes by hand?

The floors were put down....almost done right? Nope they have to settle, this I forgot about and it took two weeks. Finally, we were able to choose a color and have them sanded and stained. Oh yeah, did I mention we had to evacuate the house for three days because of fumes. Even the cat had to spend a few days at the kitty hotel. Needless to say, it was worth the time and trouble. The floors look great. I am super thrilled to be living in the rest of the house now. I think the rest of the crew is as well.

Everyone Else is Doing It!

So I caved and jumped on the bandwagon with everyone else. I started the official Hutchinson Blog. Basically everyone over there, can keep up with us over here! We are boring and more than likely will not have much to post, but I promise to keep you updated on the pregnancy and how things are going.

Speaking of....I already have Christmas lights up and the Tree. I think that must be a side effect, because I do not do this until the last minute! I have included a few pictures of the tree and the cat. He also has a new outfit which he hates.
