We had a busy day Saturday. I started off the day early with a 5k race in Jackson. Much to my surprise I placed second in my age group!!! And no there weren't just two people running.
After finishing the race, I met Jeremy and Amelia at the "baby water park" in Brandon, or splash pad for all you non Amelia speaking people. Amelia played and played and played. I will let the pictures explain.
Daddy left a little early to go get a hair cut and we hung out with Mary Beth and enjoyed the lovely heat for a while longer. After wearing down, we loaded up and met Daddy for lunch at Lulu's in Clinton. It was fabulous. I mean....really it was. I had the pimento and cheese sandwhich and jeremy had bbq chicken. the service was wonderful. We will be going back
We managed to snag Nena 1 and Nena 2 for dinner at Crechales. It was just as good.
We relaxed Sunday and enjoyed the rest of our weekend.....
