We Made It!!!

Remember back in January when we decided we were going to run that Half Marathon....well, we did, and we survived.   Not only did we survive we didn't do to shabby.   Taylor Had a PR of 1:53 and I had a PR of 2:19. 

Mollie's PR'ed as well.  She didn't have to be scraped off the pavement!  It was a perfect day for running, temps started inteh 50 and went to the high sixties by the time we finsihed.   The course was shady, with lots of rolling hills.  

We went as a fam and ate breakfast afterwards....I think I recoup ALL those calories I burned.   It was so much fun...even though they threw a sneaky ninja move in at the end with course....always hate that.   Mentally prepared to go one way....and damn if we went the other!!!  I still survived.

We are already planning our next....

Big Girl Bed

We moved up to a big girl bed on Saturday. She has adapted well, don't ya think. I can personally testify that this is a wonderful bed - it was my bed when I was Amelia's age. We are going on 3 nights and she I sleeping like a rock. Now if I can only figure out what to do with the pesky rats that are sleeping in her hair

Very rarely do I get a good picture of Jeremy and myself so in honor of this one we took at out friends wedding in Charleston I ft it was worthy of posting.
