October is Wiping Us Out

Who says the Christmas Holidays are the busiest time of the year.  In my book, I go with October.  We have been home one weekend this month and it was action packed. 

Think about it, you got football, beautiful weather, halloween, and any other event you can think of!!!  Plus we are squeezing in every last bit if extended daylight and okaying outside.  

Well add a fall festival in the mix this gs get even busier. We are not making it hone until 7:30 or 8:00 two to three nights a week.  Yikes!!!   But that is okay we racked up on candy.  Her are a fee pics from the latest adventure.

And the Winner Is....

Sunday night we had our monthly family night supper at church.  A monthly theme is chosen and with Halloween close by a costume contest was deemed appropriate!!! 

I found Amelia's fabulous Ladybug costume last weekend at Old Navy, well her wings, anteanna's and skirts, and I made Jeremy and myself's costumes!!!

After the judging was over Amelia took top prize in the preschool division....She was so proud of her blue ribbon.   I was just impressed she kept her wings on.   She only managed to take out the plates on the tables twice!!!

We Are Still Here

Been extremely busy the last few weeks with no sign if slowing down. Someone did get a new ride ! Well new to her ride...but that is how we roll around here. Promise to put up pictures of my first place winning ladybug from family night at the church and her ladybug family soon !! Until then. Keep crusin' cause we sure are ....
