Vacation

As I sit here waiting for security to bring my husband back to me , he forgot to unpack all the hubting paraphernalia out if his computer bag from his recent hunting trip, and board the boat for a 5 day cruise.

See, Jeremy surprised me with a trip for my 30th birthday. I am so excited to be spending it relaxing instead of tromping around DC. I mean seriously, he really is to nice. I shouldn't yell so much.

I plan on returning a nicer shade a pale, maybe even a little tan, fully relaxed (bc I am going to have a rotten little girl when we get back) and ready to take on 30.

I am just hoping security bring my hubby back before time to board..... Or I am leaving without him!!!

Accountablility

I have always felt that if you tell someone what you are doing, then you are more accountable.  A few weeks ago I put it out there that I was going to run a half marathon....even registered.   I have been training and completed my long run of 6 miles on Saturday.   Woohoo.  Considering I have taken a short  extended break from running after having Amelia.   Honestly, it is therapy.   I feel so much better, work any frustrations out from the day and come back a much nicer person.  

It also helps have people who are training with you.   My brother and sister and planning on running so it has become a family affair.   It should be a fun trip and to Nashville.   I am really hoping thing will end better than last time  (upset tummy and broken foot)  but I finished, and that is all that matters.  

I will keep you posted....since you all are are on the edge of your seats.....

Paparazzi

I managed to snag this as she was darting away. She has gone with the celebrity look to avoid the mom paparazzi. She is such a diva.

It's been said breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Fudge bites counts as breakfast....right??
